Fire Damage Cleanup
Soot is not ordinary dirt. It is acidic, it is fine enough to travel well beyond the burn area, and it behaves differently depending on what burned — a protein fire from a kitchen leaves a near-invisible film with a heavy odor, while a fast-burning fire leaves dry, powdery residue. We identify what we are dealing with, remove materials that cannot be saved, and clean the rest with methods matched to the residue and the surface.
Smoke & Odor Removal
Odor persists because particles lodge in porous materials and keep releasing. Surface cleaning alone will not fix it. We clean and deodorize affected surfaces and contents, treat the air with filtration and, where needed, seal substrates that have absorbed odor before they are refinished. HVAC systems are checked too, since ductwork will otherwise redistribute the problem through the building.
Content Cleaning
Belongings often survive a fire even when the room does not. We inventory affected contents, separate what can be treated from what cannot, and clean salvageable items — furniture, clothing, electronics, documents and personal effects — using methods appropriate to each. Items that cannot be saved are documented for your insurance claim rather than quietly discarded.
Structural Repairs
Once the property is clean and dry, we rebuild. That covers framing, drywall, insulation, flooring, trim, paint and fixtures, coordinated so the finished work matches the rest of the property rather than looking like a patch. Because the same team handled the cleanup, nothing gets lost in the handover between remediation and reconstruction.
Insurance Support
We photograph and document damage from the first visit, produce itemized scopes of work, and speak directly with your adjuster. You stay in control of your claim — the decisions are yours and your insurer's — but you should not have to project-manage the paperwork while also dealing with the loss.
