Post-Construction Cleaning

A typical project runs in stages. The rough clean clears large debris and leftover materials. The detailed clean covers floors, walls, fixtures, cabinetry, trim, vents and window interiors, including the fine dust that settles after drywall and sanding work. A final walkthrough catches anything missed before we hand the space back.

It depends on the size of the space, how much debris is left behind and how many cleaning stages the project needs. A single-family home and a multi-floor commercial buildout are very different jobs.

Yes. We clear leftover materials, packaging, offcuts and general jobsite debris as part of the rough clean.

Large-volume disposal, dumpster hauling and hazardous materials are quoted separately — tell us what's on site and we'll include it in your estimate.

We clean interior glass, frames, sills and tracks, and we remove the stickers and adhesive residue left on new windows and fixtures.

High ceilings, light fixtures, ductwork and vents are part of a detailed clean. Exterior work above ground level is quoted case by case, since it may call for additional equipment.

Yes. We regularly coordinate directly with general contractors, project managers and property owners, and we schedule around trades still finishing on site.
